We are seeking a highly driven Sales Representative with a strong hunter mindset to expand our presence within the Greater Phoenix electronics manufacturing sector. This role is focused on securing new business opportunities by building relationships, identifying prospects, and converting leads across key segments such as semiconductor, aerospace/defense, and advanced electronics.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Proactively identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers within the Phoenix technology and manufacturing ecosystem.
  • Convert cold and warm leads into viable opportunities through persistent outreach, in person visits, and strategic follow ups.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain access to procurement, engineering, supply chain, and operational stakeholders within semiconductor and defense organizations.
  • Represent the organization professionally at local industry events, trade shows, and within regional industrial corridors.

Sales Execution & Revenue Growth

  • Lead contract discussions, negotiate terms, and secure new production opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong market awareness and communicate emerging opportunities, competitive activities, and customer needs to internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proven Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated record of developing new B2B business in a competitive environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of EMS/PCBA production processes (including SMT, box-build, and related manufacturing workflows).
  • Phoenix Market Expertise: Established network and working knowledge of the Arizona electronics and semiconductor landscape.
  • Defense & Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with ITAR considerations and the requirements typical of defense-sector engagements.
  • Field-Ready: Comfortable spending the majority of time meeting clients and prospects onsite throughout the region.
  • Performance-Driven: Motivated by targets, growth, and commission-based earnings.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary.
  • Uncapped commission structure tied directly to performance.
  • Strong internal operations and engineering support to ensure commitments made to customers can be delivered with confidence.

Salary: $70-$150K
