Responsibilities of the Overnight Machine Operator
Perform assembly work of a highly repetitive nature.
Operate production machines and equipment efficiently.
Follow verbal and written directions to ensure product quality.
Use fixed gauges and perform visual inspections to maintain standards.
Utilize hand tools for simple and repetitive secondary operations.
Count, pack, seal, label, and stack work products accurately.
Record scrap and production data in the ERP System.
Maintain work area cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.
Requirements of the Overnight Machine Operator
High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
Aptitude for math, problem-solving, computers, and mechanics.
Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
Proficiency with hand tools and ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
Willingness to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
0-1 years of minimum work experience.
Compensation/Benefits for the Overnight Machine Operator
Pay Rate $18.53+ DOE
