Assembly Line Associate

Responsibilities:

Follow all safety rules and know emergency procedures
Keep work area clean, organized, and hazard-free
Operate and calibrate manual scales to verify product weight
Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and correct materials
Pack products into containers per job specifications and instructions
Feed and inspect items through shrink wrap machines; rework as needed
Label, weigh, and palletize finished goods for shipment
Report equipment issues or non-conforming materials to supervisor
Assist with basic mechanical adjustments and maintenance needs
Adhere to all quality standards, recycling, and company policies
Perform additional duties as assigned to support production efficiency
