Masis Staffing is looking for Packaging Associates to join our team working at our client facility in Durham/Morrisville/Cary NC. As a Warehouse associates you will work in a clean, temperature controlled warehouse doing various assembly and packaging tasks. Full Time Temp to Hire positions – great opportunity!

Job Tasks for Packaging Associates:

  • Collects finished product from the slitter and inspects for quality, correct material, and visual defects
  • Places inspected cards into specified packaging containers for final or future pack out in accordance with job jacket instructions
  • Properly labels and loads finished product on pallets for transport.

Skills for Packaging Associates:

  • Ability to read and write simple instructions.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Able to stand up to 12 hours 
  • Able to work weekends 

Experience for Packaging Associates:

  • 2 – 6 months + previous warehouse experience 
  • High Attention to detail
  • Able to work dependably or in a group setting 

Shift and Work Hours for Packaging Associates:

  • 7:00am-7:00pm $15.00/hr
  •  7:00pm-7:00am $16.13/hr 
  • Rotating 2-2-3 schedule
