Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring experienced Packaging associates in the Raleigh Area on 1st first . Great Temp-to-hire opportunity!

Job Duties for Packaging Associate:

• Use proper lift techniques to transfer finished product from the preparation area to wrap table area
• Read and follow work ticket instructions
• Fold and tape wrapping materials to protect the finished products
• Operate basic hand tools to cut and fold material to secure wrapping material. Including tape roller, utility knife, table saw, and nail gun
• Cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saw.
• Maintain clean and organized working area
• Additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements:

• Ability to do basic math such as addition, subtraction, division and multiplication.
• Keen eye for detail and results-driven approach.
• Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines in place.
• Ability to meet physical demands as listed below.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet production department expectations.
• Able to work 8-hour shift standing.
• Ability to work as a team of two.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with company standards.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Education and Experience:

• High school Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous working experience using power tools and precise measurements

Work Environment:

• This position works in a warehouse and production setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as industrial truck, box cutters and tape dispensers.

• $16/hr 
• Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
