Required Skills

Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
Ability to inspect equipment and products for damage or defects
Familiarity with assembly processes and production specifications
Basic understanding of operating scales and measurement tools
Good organizational skills and safety awareness

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with lockout/tagout procedures
Knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Preferred Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in production or manufacturing setting is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Other Requirements

Ability to perform repetitive inspections and assembly tasks reliably
Willingness to be cross-trained within the department to cover various responsibilities
Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures
