Are you a detail-oriented individual looking to make an impact in a dynamic warehouse environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated Packer to join their team on the 2nd shift. This role is crucial in ensuring that products are packed efficiently and accurately, meeting both company standards and customer expectations.
Responsibilities of the Packing
Pack, wrap, and label products according to company and client specifications.
Inspect items for damage or inconsistencies before packing.
Ensure that packing materials and methods protect products during shipment.
Maintain accurate records of packed items, quantities, and any special instructions.
Operate packing equipment or tools as required.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
Requirements of the Packing
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse, packing, or assembly experience is a plus.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 40-50 lbs.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
