Picker/Packer – Shakopee, MN

Masis Staffing Solutions has partnered with a printing company in Shakopee, MN and is hiring Picker/Packers! This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing printed products and materials for shipment.

Schedule

1st Shift – Choose from:

• 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately according to order specifications.
• Pack a variety of printed materials and print-related products for shipment.
• Count, sort, and organize products to ensure orders are complete and accurate.
• Assemble finished products into boxes, containers, or other packaging for shipping.
• Place, arrange, seal, mark, and tag items on pallets and in containers or bins.
• Consolidate multiple items into complete customer orders according to instructions.
• Apply labels and ensure accurate shipping information is attached to each package.
• Prepare completed orders for shipment according to the required schedule.
• Inspect orders for accuracy before packaging and shipping.
• Handle boxes and finished products safely throughout the picking and packing process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous picking, packing, warehouse, or order fulfillment experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow written instructions and detailed order specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count and sort products.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to count, measure, and weigh products.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to bend, lift, twist, and climb as needed.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 45–50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
