Role Overview

The Paid Advertising Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll own the strategy, manage the budget, and continuously refine performance to elevate brand awareness, drive targeted traffic, and fuel measurable growth.

This is a high visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a major impact on a global brand’s digital success.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and emerging platforms.
  • Conduct audience and market research to refine targeting, messaging, and positioning.
  • Analyze performance metrics, delivering insights and recommendations that drive ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and campaign assets.
  • Strategically manage advertising budgets to ensure smart, efficient spend.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
  • Run A/B tests to optimize messaging, landing pages, bidding strategies, and overall performance.
  • Prepare data-rich performance reports for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing digital paid advertising campaigns.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple initiatives, deadlines, and projects with ease.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and how they integrate with paid channels.
  • Google Ads certification (or similar) is a strong plus.

Total Compensation: $110K
$80–85K base plus $10-$20K Bonus
