Job Summary

Masis Staffing is hiring a Painter for an industrial manufacturing environment in Sterling, MA. In this role, you will help prepare and paint raw steel parts. This position requires someone who can stay organized, work efficiently, and handle multiple tasks throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

Wash raw steel parts using an industrial parts washer
Hang parts on racks for prime coating/painting
Paint parts according to instructions and quality expectations
Remove finished parts from racks and prepare for packaging
Work efficiently by multitasking (ex: washing a load while hanging/painting previously washed parts)

Qualifications / Requirements

Able to lift up to 70 lbs
Self-motivated and dependable
Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment
