Are you a hands-on leader with packaging experience in a manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a motivated Packaging Line Lead to drive production, ensure compliance, and lead a high-performing team in a regulated pharmaceutical setting.

This is a leadership role where you’ll be on the floor — coaching, troubleshooting, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Job Duties:

  • Lead, train, and motivate packaging operators to meet daily production goals
  • Assign tasks and adjust staffing to maximize efficiency
  • Operate and monitor packaging equipment (manual + automated systems)
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in full compliance with GDP and FDA regulations
  • Utilize SAP for inventory control, material movements, and work orders
  • Stage materials to maintain continuous packaging operations
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with Maintenance as needed
  • Maintain a clean and inspection-ready packaging area
  • Promote safety and continuous process improvement

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience in a pharmaceutical packaging environment.
  • Prior leadership or lead experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of cGMP regulations
  • SAP experience for inventory transactions
  • Ability to operate pallet jack; forklift experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Basic computer and PLC operation skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Background check & drug screen mandatory.
