Pick Pack Associate

Job Description:
Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Pick Pack Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items and preparing them for shipment to ensure timely and correct delivery to customers. If you thrive in a busy setting and take pride in doing your part to keep operations running smoothly, this could be the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Pick items from shelves according to order sheets or scanners
Pack products securely and label boxes appropriately for shipment
Verify order accuracy and report any discrepancies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
Assist with inventory counts or restocking as needed

Requirements:

Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience is a plus but not required
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace
Basic reading and math skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay: $22.45
Shift: 8am to 4:30pm
Location: Wall, NJ
