Picker and Packer Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Picker and Packer Operator. The ideal candidate will efficiently pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring order accuracy.

Picker and Packer Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
Maintain detailed inventory records and update order status in real time.
Inspect items for quality and ensure correct quantities are packed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety and company procedures.
Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed.
Report any discrepancies or damaged products to supervisors.

Picker and Packer Qualifications:

Previous experience as a warehouse picker and packer or similar role preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs].
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Basic computer skills a plus.

Picker and Packer Physical Requirements:

Ability to bend, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Salary: $15/hr
