Masis Staffing is hiring for 1st and 2nd shift picker and packers for their facility in Deposit, MD.

Shifts and Pay:
6a-6p $19.50/hour -Sunday Monday Tuesday – every other Wednesday
6p – 6a $20.50/hour – Sunday Monday Tuesday – every other Wednesday
6a-6p $19.50/hour – Thursday Friday Saturday – every other Wednesday
6p-6a $20.50/hour – Thursday Friday Saturday – every other Wednesday

Job Description:

Picking and packing
shipping and receiving
Inspecting products before shipping out

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately select customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
Load, unload, sort, and stage incoming and outgoing shipments.
Verify product quantities and inspect merchandise for damage or defects.
Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to quality standards.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience
detail and orientated Previous picking and packing experience
