Pay: $80,000 – $140,000 per year (based on experience) + bonuses, commissions & incentives
Schedule: Full-time
License/Certification Required: Illinois or Chicago Plumbing License

Responsibilities

Plumbing Installation

• Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, fixtures, and plumbing systems
• Install and replace sinks, toilets, faucets, and water heaters
• Perform plumbing rough-ins and finish work for residential and light commercial projects

Service & Repairs

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently
• Service and replace:
  • Sump pumps
  • Battery backup systems
  • Ejector pumps
  • Garbage disposals
  • Traditional and tankless water heaters

Drain Cleaning & Diagnostics

• Perform:
  • Drain cleaning
  • Hydro jetting
  • Cable/snaking work
  • Camera inspections
• Identify plumbing and sewer issues and recommend solutions

General Field Work

• Cut and prep openings for plumbing systems using hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional worksite
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Use dispatching/software tools on a mobile device

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid Plumbing License 
• 6+ years of plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using mobile dispatching software/technology
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work in the field

Preferred:

• Residential and Commercial plumbing experience
• Drain cleaning and camera inspection experience
• Tankless water heater experience
