Responsibilities of the Pre Cook

The Pre Cook will in charge to prepare assigned menus to standard, including hot and cold menu items.
Maintain health and safety standard and health department regulations.
Works in a fast-paced and warm environment for extended periods.
Communicate operational needs in an effective and proactive manner.
Help to create, maintain and serve our menus.

Requirements of the Pre Cook

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Servsafe Certification Required or ability to obtain within 3 months of employment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to taste and work with all ingredients.
Good Knife Skills

Compensation/Benefits for the Pre Cook

Salary: $19- $20.00
