Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated Press Machine Operator to join their team. You will be instrumental in operating advanced printing equipment to produce high-quality labels, ensuring they meet stringent quality standards. Join our client's team and contribute to a seamless production process.
Responsibilities of the Press Machine Operator
Operate press machines efficiently, adjusting settings as necessary to produce high-quality labels.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure printed labels adhere to specified colors, dimensions, and alignment.
Operate winding and slitting machines to prepare labels for final processing.
Collaborate with the shipping department to organize and prepare products for distribution.
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
Requirements of the Press Machine Operator
Proven experience as a Press Machine Operator, preferably in label printing or a related field.
Familiarity with the operation of winders, slitters, and shipping processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Compensation/Benefits for the Press Machine Operator
Shift hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: Starting out at $16 DOE
