Join our production team as a Print Operator and learn to operate advanced industrial laser printing machinery! No previous printing experience is required. We are looking for dependable, hands-on individuals who enjoy working with equipment, staying active, and learning new skills.

What You’ll Do

• Learn to operate state-of-the-art industrial laser printing equipment through hands-on training.

• Use computers to enter production information and operate printing systems.

• Inspect printed materials for quality, accuracy, and color consistency.

• Move large material rolls into position using appropriate material-handling equipment and safe techniques.

• Lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout your shift.

• Follow production instructions and safety procedures to keep operations running smoothly.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.

What We’re Looking For

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new technology.

• Ability to distinguish colors accurately to meet print quality requirements.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds approximately 10 times per hour.

• Ability to maneuver large industrial rolls weighing 1,000 pounds or more using appropriate equipment and safe handling procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

• Dependability, a positive work ethic, and willingness to learn.

No Experience? No Problem!
