We are looking for a Bilingual Procurement Specialist (English/Spanish) to support our manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for purchasing raw materials, products, equipment parts, and services needed to keep production running efficiently and on schedule.
The Procurement Specialist will work closely with suppliers, production, operations, finance, and other internal departments to ensure materials are available when needed, at competitive prices and according to company requirements.
Purchase raw materials, supplies, equipment parts, and services for manufacturing operations.
Request, compare, and analyze supplier quotations.
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, lead times, and availability.
Identify, evaluate, and maintain qualified suppliers.
Maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL).
Prepare bids, proposals, contracts, and vendor agreements.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and change notices.
Monitor POs from purchase through delivery and final closure.
Communicate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
Monitor material availability and support production schedules.
Prepare delivery schedules and follow up on potential delays or shortages.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, supplies, and equipment parts.
Work closely with Production and Operations to prevent material shortages.
Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies between supplier invoices and POs.
Maintain accurate procurement, supplier, and purchasing records.
Enter received materials into the purchasing system.
Participate in inventory counts as required.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve purchasing efficiency.
Maintain professional and ethical relationships with suppliers.
Provide procurement reports and updates to management as needed.
Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking suppliers, employees, and internal teams.
Bilingual English/Spanish – Required
3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing preferred.
Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working with suppliers, quotations, purchase orders, inventory, and deliveries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work with Production, Operations, Finance, and suppliers.
CPP certification is a plus.

$30–$34 per hour
