Job Title: Production – 1st Shift

Position Overview:

Join our dynamic production team as a Production Associate on the first shift! We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to contribute to our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely lift and move up to 30 pounds during various tasks.
• Walk and stand on slippery or wet surfaces, maintaining awareness of your surroundings.
• Climb small ladders or platforms as needed to access work areas.
• Use small hand tools to assist with the assembly of equipment and components.
• Operate and work in proximity to moving conveyor belts and other machinery.
• Navigate around forklift traffic and operate in constricted spaces on production lines.
• Perform repetitive motions, including reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling, to fulfill production duties.
• Maintain focus and attentiveness for 8-12 hours shifts, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

• Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly, and handle occasional heavier lifts.
• Comfortable working on wet, slippery surfaces and in confined spaces.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical movements for extended periods (up to 12 hours).
• Comfortable working near moving machinery, conveyor belts, and forklift traffic.
• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Physical & Environmental Requirements:

• Regularly stand, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for prolonged periods.
• Use hands and arms extensively for assembly tasks and tool operation.
• Capable of hearing and communicating effectively in a noisy environment.
