Are you ready to join a dynamic team in the injection molding industry? Our client is seeking dedicated Machine Operators and Packers for their 1st shift. This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity to work with a leader in producing high-quality, custom-designed plastic products across various markets, including Healthcare, Luxury & Beauty, Consumer Goods, Packaging, and Automotive.
Responsibilities of the Production – 1st shift
Operate and monitor injection molding machines to ensure efficient production.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Package products according to client standards and requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with our client's team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Assist in the setup and changeover of production lines as needed.
Requirements of the Production – 1st shift
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Ability to operate machinery and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if required.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Compensation/Benefits for the Production – 1st shift – $16.00
