The Production Worker supports daily food production operations by preparing, handling, and packaging food products in a safe and efficient manner while following all food safety and quality standards.
Assist with food production and packaging on the production line
Handle food products following GMPs and food safety rules
Operate basic production equipment and tools as trained
Inspect products for quality, weight, and appearance
Label, pack, and prepare products for shipment
Keep work areas clean and organized during and after shifts
Follow USDA/FDA, HACCP, and company safety guidelines
Wear required PPE (hairnets, gloves, aprons, etc.)
Report safety, quality, or equipment issues to a supervisor
No prior experience required (training provided)
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Willingness to work in cold, hot, or wet environments
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Repetitive hand and arm movements
