Production Associate
West Columbia, SC

Masis Staffing Solutions is currently hiring a Production Associate for a wholesale manufacturer bakery based out of West Columbia, SC. These positions are 1st or 2nd shift, temp positions lasting until project done.

Shifts:
8am-4pm
10am-5pm
12pm-8pm

Responsibilities of the Production Associate

Oversee the daily production of bakery items, ensuring adherence to FDA regulations and food safety standards.

•          Monitor manufacturing processes and maintain sanitation protocols to ensure a clean working environment.

•          Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and production calculations.

•          Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive actions

•          Simple math skills required

•          Previous experience in food manufacturing environment a plus

•          Drug screen required

•          Background Check Required

•          Physical required

•          Must be 18 years or older

Requirements of the Production Associate

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment.
• Demonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

Compensation for the Production Associate

• Salary: $15.00 / hour
