We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role involves supporting the production and packaging process while ensuring products meet quality standards and company procedures.
Responsibilities:
Perform general production and packaging duties.
Assemble, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies and work instructions.
Meet daily production goals while working efficiently as part of a team.
Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for long periods throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.
Capable of bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday morning shift position paying $16.00 per hour. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hot environment, standing for extended periods, and maintaining productivity in a fast-paced setting.
