Job Description:

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role involves supporting the production and packaging process while ensuring products meet quality standards and company procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general production and packaging duties.
• Assemble, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and work instructions.
• Meet daily production goals while working efficiently as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.
• Capable of bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday morning shift position paying $16.00 per hour. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hot environment, standing for extended periods, and maintaining productivity in a fast-paced setting.
