NOW HIRING: PRODUCTION WORKERS

Masis Staffing is hiring Production Workers for a produce warehouse in a cold, refrigerated environment.

Pay: $18.51 per hour
Location: Edwardsville, KS
Full-Time | A Shift 7a-3:30p, B Shift 3p-11:30p, 3rd Shift 11p-7a 

Available Shifts

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00PM-7:00AM
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Pack and package fresh produce on production lines.
  • Inspect products for quality and remove defective items.
  • Build, stack, and wrap pallets according to specifications.
  • Load produce onto production lines and assist with efficient operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a cold, refrigerated, and humid environment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing over 50 lbs.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Previous production or packaging experience is preferred but not required.
