Production Worker

Location: Mesa, AZ (Elliott Rd. & Loop 202)

Night Shift: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM

Must work one weekend day and flexible to work over-time.

Night Shift Pay: $19.00 – $21.50/hour DOE

Responsibilities:

Assemble and manufacture solar panels and related components
Operate production equipment and hand tools as trained
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area
Inspect materials and finished products for quality and defects
Follow production instructions, work orders, and safety procedures
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe

Requirements:

Warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand on your feet for long periods of time, and work 12-hour shifts
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must pass a urine drug screen, including THC.
