Are you dependable, hardworking, and ready to stay active throughout your workday? We’re looking for Production Attendants to help keep our operations running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in staying organized, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Keep Production Moving: Remove full mail trays and mailbags from production machines and replace them with empty ones to prevent delays.

• Organize Materials: Secure trays, stack mailbags neatly on pallets, and separate damaged trays or bags.

• Maintain a Clean Workspace: Keep aisles and production areas free of paper, cardboard, and other debris.

• Handle Waste and Recycling: Break down cardboard boxes, empty trash containers, and properly sort materials for disposal and recycling.

• Support Daily Operations: Assist with feeding machines, strapping trays, and helping with sorting and bindery tasks as needed.

• Follow Safety and Quality Standards: Monitor production activities and immediately report equipment, quality, or safety concerns to a supervisor.

• Work as a Team: Follow company procedures, maintain an organized work area, and assist with other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.

• Ability to operate a hand truck.

• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Ability to stay organized, follow instructions, and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and quality.

• Willingness to learn new tasks and support different areas of production.
