We’re looking for experienced, dependable Production Leaders to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. All shifts are available!

 Pay & Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM | $21.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM | $22.50/hr
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM | $23.50/hr

What You'll Do

As a Line Leader, you’ll oversee production line employees and help ensure your line operates safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, staffing, training, and directing production employees
• Ensuring daily production, quality, and efficiency goals are met
• Monitoring production flow, downtime, and corrective actions
• Communicating work orders, setups, tooling, and production needs
• Collecting and accurately reporting key production data
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Following and promoting 5S and continuous improvement practices
• Conducting in-process inspections and accurately recording production information
• Taking product weights and entering data into the QA system
• Monitoring line data including weights, glass temperatures, pour temperatures, rejection reports, and work order signoffs
• Working closely with Pour Technicians, Maintenance, Supervisors, QA, and other departments
• Identifying production issues, determining root causes, and implementing solutions
• Communicating equipment issues to Maintenance and Supervisors
• Rotating employees for cross-training, safety, and ergonomic purposes
• Assisting with production and operating equipment as needed to prevent downtime
• Operating various machinery, hand tools, and material-handling equipment
• Supporting production across all lines (A–J) as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or production leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document information
• Ability to identify problems and take corrective action
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work with multiple departments and team members
• Knowledge of wax types, production processes, and manufacturing equipment is a plus
