Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and oversee daily production to meet output, quality, and delivery goals.
Develop and maintain production schedules to align with customer demand.
Lead, train, and motivate production staff to ensure a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.
Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve operations.
Enforce safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of production planning, Lean manufacturing, and process optimization.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
$75,000-90,000, full benefits available
