Pay Rate: $17.00/hr Day Shift | $18.00/hr Night Shift
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends as scheduled
Overtime: May be required based on business needs
We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This position supports daily production operations, including assembling components, inspecting finished products, and packaging items according to quality and customer specifications.
Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
Assemble, inspect, and package products according to established procedures.
Perform visual quality inspections to identify defects or damaged products.
Load and unload materials from production lines and conveyor systems.
Maintain production flow by supplying materials and components to workstations.
Label, sort, and prepare finished products for packaging and shipment.
Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Report equipment issues, product defects, or production delays to supervisors.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
Perform additional production and general labor duties as assigned.
Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
