Work Schedule

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Various Days Available)

• Various Days Available (4 days per week with one shift being a halft shift.)

• Overtime: May be required based on business needs.

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Socorro, TX. The Production Operator will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing products and electronic components while following established work instructions and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assembly & Production

• Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products according to established work instructions and procedures.

• Install electronic components, including circuit boards, processors, memory, power supplies, and related hardware.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment.

• Follow production schedules and meet daily productivity goals.

• Handle materials and components carefully to ensure proper assembly.

Quality Control

• Perform visual inspections and basic functional testing of assembled products.

• Identify and report defective materials, damaged components, and assembly errors.

• Ensure finished products meet established quality specifications.

• Communicate production or quality concerns to supervisors.

Workplace Organization & Safety

• Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.

• Follow 5S and Lean manufacturing practices.

• Properly handle tools, equipment, and production materials.

Team Support

• Work collaboratively with production leads, supervisors, and team members.

• Maintain accurate production records when required.

• Assist in other production areas as needed.

• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred.

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Basic understanding of hand tools and assembly processes.

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to work the assigned 12-hour shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience assembling electronic components or computer hardware.

• Familiarity with production equipment and quality inspection procedures.

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and 5S principles.

• Experience handling ESD-sensitive electronic components.

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 20–30 pounds.

• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.

• Ability to perform detailed assembly tasks requiring hand-eye coordination.

• Ability to visually inspect small components and identify defects.
