This could be your opportunity to step into an official Production Supervisor role while staying hands-on with the manufacturing process.
We're hiring a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for an advanced electro-mechanical manufacturing operation in West Boylston.
This is a highly visible, floor-focused leadership role. You'll spend most of your time working directly with production employees, coordinating priorities, solving problems, and partnering with Engineering and Quality.
What You'll Do
Lead and support production employees on 2nd shift
Assign work and coordinate daily priorities
Train, coach, and develop team members
Monitor production output, workflow, and quality
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and assembly issues
Work closely with Engineering and Quality
Help remove production roadblocks
Ensure employees have the materials, tools, and information they need
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
Provide feedback and help build an accountable team
What We're Looking For
5+ years of electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical, or technical manufacturing experience
Previous experience as a Lead, Team Lead, Manufacturing Lead, Assembly Lead, or Supervisor
Experience training, coaching, or directing production employees
Strong hands-on manufacturing knowledge
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing work instructions
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage changing production priorities
Strong communication and organizational skills
No bachelor's degree required.
ERP systems and Microsoft Office experience are helpful but not required.
