Masis Staffing is currently hiring Production Warehouse Associates to join our growing Packaging Team in the Cary, Durham, and Morrisville, NC area.

What You'll Do

As a Production Warehouse Associate, you will:

• Assist the packaging team with assembling and preparing products for shipment
• Perform hand collating, kit building, labeling, and final product assembly
• Package products according to customer specifications and quality standards
• Inspect products for defects and notify team leads of quality concerns
• Load and stage materials for production runs
• Pack completed products onto pallets, carts, or cartons
• Operate basic production equipment, including shrink wrappers, cartoners, and box cutters
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Accurately track time and material usage
• Support additional warehouse and production tasks as needed
