Production Worker  Machine Associate (2nd Shift) Automotive Parts

Pay: $16.00/hr
Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Schedule: 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday–Friday (weekends as needed / overtime available)

Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Workers / Production Associates to support assembly and material handling of automotive parts for a facility in Greer, SC. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a production setting.
Responsibilities Production Worker

  • Assembly / Production Support
    • Assist with production-line tasks as needed
    • Follow work instructions and maintain quality standards
  • Material Handling
    • Move, relocate, and stack materials and products on/near the production line
    • Keep work areas organized and help maintain a safe workspace
  • Order Fulfillment / Shipping Prep
    • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
    • Palletize, wrap, and stage products when needed

Requirements as a Production Worker

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs frequently
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and complete basic checklists/forms
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
