Production Associate– ABLAMOS ESPANOL
Location: Goodyear, Arizona
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a team? Masis is seeking dedicated Production Associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity in our production facility. This role offers stability, growth opportunities, and a supportive teamwork environment.
Shift Options:

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Responsibilities of the Production Associate

Mix seasonings
Pack products
Bake goods
Conduct quality control checks
Record inventory counts
Maintain facility sanitation
Perform various functions on a rotating basis throughout the shift
Follow all company policies and FDA guidelines

Requirements of the Production Associate

Prior food handling experience in bakeries or industrial kitchens preferred, but not required
Ability to lift 40 lbs and perform duties with hands while standing for 12-hour shifts or longer
Ability to follow written or verbal instructions in English or Spanish
Effective communication skills in English or Spanish
Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Card within the first week of employment
Must pass a criminal history check (background check) and drug testing before placement

Compensation/Benefits for the Production Associate

Salary: $17- 19.00/hour depending on the shift
