Responsibilities of the Production Worker

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient workflow.
Adhere to safety and quality standards in a cold environment.
Assist in the packing and labeling of food products.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements of Production worker

Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is a plus.
Willingness to adhere to all safety and operational protocols.
Flexibility to work overtime if required.
