Responsibilities of the Production Worker/Assembly
Load glass onto glue machine conveyor
Load glass onto pour conveyor using fixture
Cut wicks with precision
Clean candles with a rag to ensure quality
Hand apply labels to candles accurately
Place lids on candles securely
Pack candles into inserts and master boxes
Tape and stack boxes on pallets efficiently
Utilize hand tools such as wick cutters, pokers, hooks, pliers, scissors, safety knife, and tape machine
Requirements of the Production Worker/Assembly
Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods
Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds with assistance
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Comfortable working in an environment with moving mechanical parts and aromas
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Flexibility to kneel, crouch, sit, climb, or balance as needed
Excellent vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
Compensation/Benefits for the Production Worker/Assembly
$16.00 per hour
