What You’ll Be Doing:

Washing and Packing: Safely washing harvested produce and packing it in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Quality Control: Inspecting all products to ensure they meet strict quality specifications before they go to customers or stores.
Order Fulfillment: Organizing and packing produce for customer orders, creating accurate pack lists for delivery.
Inventory Management: Tracking product levels, restocking displays, and rotating stock to prevent shortages.
**Cleaning and Maintenance:**Keeping work areas, including wash stations, packing zones, and coolers, clean and organized.
Machinery Operation (if applicable): Operating and setting up packaging equipment (training provided if needed).

What We’re Looking For:

Ability to perform physically demanding work in a refrigerated environment.
Experience working with herbs, produce, or in food production.
Strong attention to detail to maintain product quality and adhere to food safety standards.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and resourcefulness to manage various tasks throughout the shift.
Physical strength to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation requirements.

Nice to Have:

Experience with inventory management or order processing.
Prior work in refrigerated or herb-focused food environments.

Preferred Education & Experience:

Previous experience in food handling, herbs, or produce production is a plus.

Additional Details:

Pay Rate: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour.
Work in a clean, organized, temperature-controlled space — no outdoor work required.
