Do you have knowledge of compliance standards and are a detail orientation individual? Masis staffing is seeking a skilled QC Inspector to join our team, in South Portland,ME. The ideal candidate will be a QC Admin, assisitng with calibrations, internal audits and other duties as needed.

Essential Duties of a Quality Inspector:

•Verification of product compliance to workmanship standards, verify part are built correct.

•Work with Engineering determining defects types and counts

•Verification of process compliance to procedures

•Verification of documentation compliance to document control process/procedure

•Communications of workmanship standard knowledge

•Assisting Manufacturing Manager with special projects

•Clean and maintain FQC area .

•Must be able to use Microscopes

•Must be able to learn IPC rules and defect types.

Requirements of a Quality Inspector:

•Must have prior electronics assembly experience (1 year preferred or more)

•High School Diploma or GED equivalent

•Ability to read blueprints

•Familiarity with first piece, in process, audit, final quality control inspection procedure

•Ability to use inspection gauge (calipers, rulers, microscope, etc)

•Knowledge of IPC610, IPC600, IPC770, IPC700, IPC7711, IPC7721 is prefered.

Compensation of a Quality Inspector:
Pay rate from $16.00 up to $20.00

Additional Information for Quality Inspector:

Must be a U.S. citizen
No drug test required
Background check required
Located near public transportation and 5 minutes from the mall
