Job Tasks for Quality Assurance Trainer:

• Conduct talent assessments to identify skill gaps in QA staff
• Facilitate bilingual training sessions through coaching, workshops, and mentoring
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials as needed
• Ensure all QA employees are properly trained and understand their assignments
• Perform audits to assess employee progress and address performance gaps

Skills for Quality Assurance Trainer:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and computer proficiency (Excel, Word, MIS systems)

Shift and Work Hours for Quality Assurance Trainer:

• 7:00pm-5:30am
• $19.88/hr
