QA Training / Quality Auditor
Responsibilities:
Conduct talent assessments to identify skill gaps within the QA team
Facilitate training through coaching, workshops, job shadowing, and mentoring
Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust materials or methods as needed
Ensure all QA employees are properly trained and understand their assignments
Perform periodic audits to assess employee knowledge, skills, and compliance
Document audit findings and immediately communicate errors or performance gaps
Assist with onboarding and training of temporary QA staff
Collaborate with team members to develop and improve training practices
Follow all safety, housekeeping, company policies, SOPs, work instructions, and ISO requirements
Perform additional duties as assigned to support effective QA operations
