2 Quality control Inspector $23hr- EATONTOWN NJ 

Are you an experienced Quality Assurance Inspector with a strong eye for detail and experience in high-volume manufacturing? Do you thrive in a fast-paced production environment and prefer working overnight shifts? We are currently hiring a Quality Assurance Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team in Eatontown, NJ. This Quality Assurance Inspector opportunity is temp-to-hire and offers long-term potential with full benefits upon permanent hire.

Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Inspector:

• Perform incoming and in-process inspections on manufactured components, assemblies, and finished products.
• Document inspection findings and determine product or material disposition according to company standards.
• Verify incoming materials and products meet quality specifications and inspection plans.
• Communicate quality concerns and non-conformance issues to QA and Production Supervisors.
• Quarantine, label, and document defective materials when necessary.
• Conduct visual inspections and use inspection tools such as gauges and microscopes.
• Assist with investigations involving suspect materials or production discrepancies.
• Complete testing, production documentation, and additional quality-related tasks as assigned.
• Work independently while maintaining accuracy and productivity during overnight operations.

Requirements for the Quality Assurance Inspector:

• 3–5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance Inspector or Quality Control role within manufacturing.
• Experience working in high-volume production environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of inspection tools, gauges, microscopes, and quality procedures.
• Basic math, computer, and documentation skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screening requirements in accordance with applicable laws and client policies.

Compensation and Benefits for the Quality Assurance Inspector:

• Pay rate: $23.00/hr

• Shifts Available (Eatontown, NJ):
  Shift 3: 6pm to 6am Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and e/o Wednesday 
  Shift 4: 6pm to 6am, E/o Wednesday and every Thurs, Friday, and Saturday

• Weekly pay
