Conduct talent assessments to identify skill gaps in QA staff.
Facilitate training using coaching, workshops, shadowing, and mentoring.
Evaluate and measure training effectiveness.
Ensure QA employees are properly trained and understand assignments.
Perform periodic audits to assess skills and knowledge.
Document and report performance gaps found during audits.
Assist with onboarding temporary QA staff.
Collaborate with team members to improve training practices.
Follow safety, housekeeping, and company policies (SOPs, ISO, etc.).
Perform additional related duties as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Proficient with intranet, email, Excel, Word, and MIS.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Able to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally / 25 lbs frequently.
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
