Now Hiring: Quality Assurance Manager (Food Manufacturing)
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead food safety, quality, and sanitation programs in a food production facility. This role ensures all products meet customer, federal, and state food safety standards while supervising the QA team.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage the QA department and QA technicians
Oversee the full SQF program
Review and analyze COA and lab reports
Submit lab requests
Support QC technicians on the production floor
Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
Maintain accurate quality records and documentation
Assist with audits, traceability, and recall procedures
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of quality control experience in a food-grade environment
Strong leadership and team supervision skills
Experience with SQF and food safety programs
Preferred Certifications:
HACCP
PCQI
Gluten Free
SQF
SQF Internal Auditor
