Quality Control – Night Shift $23hr, Eatontown, NJ
Are you an Experienced Quality Control Inspector with strong attention to detail and a background in high-volume manufacturing? Do you enjoy working the night shift? We are currently hiring Quality Control Inspectors to join a growing team in Eatontown. This is a temp-to-hire position offering the opportunity to transition into a permanent role with full benefits. Our client is seeking reliable, detail-oriented candidates who can work independently while ensuring the highest quality standards.
Perform incoming inspections on manufactured components, assemblies, and finished products per established Quality Inspection Plans.
Document inspection results and determine product/material disposition.
Inspect received components and verify acceptance status against quality standards.
Communicate quality-related issues to QA and Manufacturing Supervisors.
Coordinate backtracking procedures for suspect materials.
Quarantine and label defective products; issue reject reports as instructed.
Conduct visual and gauge-based inspections, including use of microscopes.
Work independently, including weekends or special assignments as needed.
Perform additional testing and complete other duties as assigned.
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing Quality Control Inspector role (high-volume preferred).
Strong knowledge of inspection tools, including gauges and microscopes.
Proficiency in basic math and PC applications.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Ability to follow inspection plans and work independently.
Must pass E-Verify, background check, and drug screening.
Pay range: $23.00hr.
