QA Training Coordinator (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
Duties:
Conduct talent assessments to identify skill gaps in QA staff
Facilitate bilingual training sessions through coaching, workshops, and mentoring
Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials as needed
Ensure all QA employees are properly trained and understand their assignments
Perform audits to assess employee progress and address performance gaps
Assist with onboarding new temporary QA staff
Collaborate with team members to improve training and facilitation methods
Maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies
Perform additional duties as needed to support QA operations
Skills:
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and computer proficiency (Excel, Word, MIS systems)
Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year of related experience preferred
