The Quality Assurance Specialist will perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure the product is at customer specifications. Specialists will identify, resolve, or report any issues to the director of QA that may arise during the production process, including identifying breach of standards or safety protocol in production.

Schedules:
Monday -Friday
1st shift : 7am-3:45 pm  $17.00
2nd shift :4pm-12:45am   $18.00

 The Quality Assurance Specialist will perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure the product is at customer specifications. Specialists will identify, resolve, or report any issues to the director of QA that may arise during the production process, including identifying breach of standards or safety protocol in production.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
 Duties/Responsibilities:
•Quality Assurance Specialist will Serve as the quality lead for an assigned area that requires autonomy and self-management by evaluating operational performance for non-conformance against industry standards or customer directed quality programs.
• Execute detailed plans including electronic recording/management of documentation to established area standards.
• Collaborate with line production supervisors, production managers, FGEs, maintenance technicians, and other key leaders on identified issues. Assist in assessing non-conformance, recording findings, building reports.
• Work with HR and operations leadership on communicating and training enhanced standards where applicable.
• Monitor and measure performance against documented standards.
• Collaborate with client QA on joint lean projects or other types of quality related initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high stress environment.
• Ability to multi-task across several working teams simultaneously
• Ability to operate autonomously, leverage disciplined workflow procedures and leverage analytical and critical thinking skills to assess for non-conformance.
• Ability to communicate, collaborate and coordinate across a wide range of functional associates.

if hired will need to train on 1st shift prior to starting on 2nd shift.
