Quality Control Inspector  Eatontown NJ
Are you detail-oriented and experienced in manufacturing quality? We are currently hiring an Experienced Quality Control Inspector to join a growing team in Eatontown. This temp-to-hire position offers a great opportunity to transition into a permanent role with full benefits. Our client is seeking reliable candidates with quality inspection experience and the ability to work independently across multiple shifts (1st & 2nd shit available)

Responsibilities of the Quality Control Inspector:

• Perform incoming inspections on manufactured components, assemblies, and finished products based on established Quality Inspection Plans.
• Document inspection results and determine product/material disposition.
• Inspect received components and determine acceptance status following quality standards.
• Communicate quality-related issues to QA and Manufacturing Supervisors.
• Coordinate backtracking procedures for suspect materials.
• Quarantine and label defective products; issue reject reports as instructed.
• Work independently, including on weekends or assigned special projects.
• Perform additional testing as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements for the Quality Control Inspector:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing QC role.
• Experience using gauges and microscopes.
• Basic math and PC skills required.
• Must speak English fluently.
• Ability to work independently and follow inspection plans.
• E-Verify, background check, and drug screening required.

Compensation and Benefits for the Quality Control Inspector:

• 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM): $21.50/hr
• 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM): $22.57/hr.
• Temp-to-hire opportunity with full benefits upon permanent hire
• Weekly pay
