Quality Control Monitor

Our client is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Monitor to join their team and uphold their commitment to excellence. This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with industry standards and ensuring that all products meet rigorous quality and safety benchmarks.
Responsibilities of the Quality Control Monitor
Perform inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Conduct routine microbiological and chemical testing on products to identify any potential hazards or deviations.
Monitor production lines to ensure that processes are in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards.
Record and analyze data from inspections and tests, documenting any non-conformance and communicating findings to the Quality Control Manager.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures to improve product quality and safety.
Ensure that all products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
Investigate quality issues and collaborate with our client's team to resolve any non-conformances or discrepancies.
Requirements of the Quality Control Monitor
Experience in food safety and quality assurance.
Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, and other regulatory standards.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to record and analyze data accurately.
Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with teams.
Ability to conduct regular sanitation checks and participate in audits.
Experience in providing training on quality control procedures and food safety regulations.
