Quality Inspector

Are you passionate about ensuring top-notch quality in manufacturing? Our client is seeking a meticulous Quality Inspector to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of quality that our client is known for, ensuring that every product meets rigorous specifications.
Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector
Inspect raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products for defects or deviations.
Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards.
Document inspection results accurately in quality records and systems.
Identify, report, and segregate non-conforming materials.
Support root cause investigations for quality issues or defects.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality procedures.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in inspection areas.
Follow all safety policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements of the Quality Inspector
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Familiarity with inspection tools (preferred but can be trained).

Work Environment
